I lived in the Canterbury Gate House in Sandwich in about the mid 1950s and wonder if it is still there. When my mum died we moved away, and I believe there were plans for the road to be widened and the Canterbury Gate House to be demolished. I'd love some news. Currently living in Sydney Australia. Hope to hear from you. Erica

I sighted my earliest English ancestor, Thomas Boney, who made the crossing aboard the good ship "Hercules" in 1634. I am still trying to find information about his line of forbears. Not having much luck.

Hi, I'm hoping townspeople from Sandwich also ready this message board. An old school teacher of mine moved to Sandwich Kent in the 80's (Betty Forster), and I would like to get in touch with her again. If anyone has information regarding her, please email me at Rebekah95008@hotmail.com. Thank you kindly.
